The 1st Haircut

Emma finally got her 1st hair cut on April 17th 2009. We headed over to snip-its and got our first trim. Emmi was very impressed she was able to get the trim, moose, a blow dry and pick out a new bow for her hair. On Monday she had to wear her hair down to school show everyone the new do. It only took 5 1/2 years, big milestone here. We were sure to save the first curl and put it in the baby book. I think her book is now complete since it stops after the 5th birthday:)

Soccer Season is Here

All looking a bit confused on what they are supposed to be doing.

The weather does not know that it is soccer season here yet. Last night was our first practice with rain, wind and temps of about 50 something last night. However it did not stop the kids from having fun. Connor played last year and this is Emma's 1st year which she is loving being able to play on the same team as Connor as Noel and I are just as excited since only one practice per week along with only one game per week.

We talked Daddy into taking Friday off of work, so we could showed him how us stay @ home people spend our nice weather days.

We finally had some nice weather to get out, it could not come at a better time. The kids had spring break this week. We broke out the GIGA Ball and the Bubble Grill, both were a big hit.

Easter FUN!!!

Happy Easter from our Family to yours
We had a great time this Easter, Saturday we colored 30 eggs up to camp with Gigi, Poppy and Uncle Nick. Sunday morning we were up by 6:30a.m. ready to hunt for those eggs. After a morning of checking out what that bunny brought and finding all those eggs we headed to Camp for dinner and another egg hunt. Erin, Seamus and Kaden also came to join in on the fun.

Dance, Dance, Dance

Emma had her Dance recital on Tuesday night. She did Irish Step this year. She also danced the Chicken Dance and the Cha Cha slide for the last dance. She was too cute.
She was very impressed with all the flowers she rec'd at the end. Thank you to GiGi, Poppy, Moose, and Rhonda. Moosers were the best according to Emmi, "I just love roses" she said.

Windy Day

The other day we discoverd that the kids had never had a kite. We ended up with two, a Barbie one and an Iron Man one. Connor said it was not windy enough for his but Emma was determined hers was going to fly today.
